Hello, does this looking patch (the day before the change) maintain adequate protection? It has moved slightly, but it is still all glued, this "dirty" part also adheres well to the skin.

Yes, the patch retains adequate protection - it can wrinkle because the skin is working and dirt may accumulate on the edges. If the patch does not peel off and adheres to the skin - protection is preserved.
