Why do my stomach hurt and feel nauseous after birth control pills when I have an implant at the same time?

I was at the doctor, he found a cyst on the ovary, I do not have a period from July 15, I got birth control pills, after which there was supposed to be a period, but it was not, I will add that I have a contraceptive implant, I did beta HCG and it turned out that I am not pregnant, but I am sick and my stomach hurts as for the period, what can I be?

Combining birth control pills with a contraceptive implant, which also contains hormones, increases the risk of side effects such as vomiting, diarrhea, nausea, etc. Therefore, you should consult a gynecologist and determine whether it is really necessary to combine the hormone contained in the implant with birth control pills. If you are not able to consult your doctor, you can use the teleadvice here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja/z-ginekologiem
