Does passing loose stool once affect the effectiveness of birth control pills?

Today I recently took an active contraceptive pill from a blister and not less than 3 hours later I passed a single loose stool, which was probably the result of drinking alcohol the day before. Should I take an extra tablet from the blister? Are you properly protected against pregnancy?

No, no, I only had an episode of dysentery that night, then on Monday I took the pill normally but I didn't have any more intercourse

To @Angela92:

If you have vomiting or severe diarrhoea and have not taken an extra tablet, your contraceptive protection may be weakened.

Good afternoon, I've been taking the contraceptive pill for about 5 years. Yesterday I took the pill at 21:00 and after about a couple of minutes I had a rush of dysentery. Later in the evening I had a relationship with my partner. I wanted to ask if I would stay covered with contraceptive. I would like to point out that I am not in a fertile period. Thank you

Passing loose stool once does not weaken the contraceptive effect of the pills. There is no need to take an additional tablet.
