Hello, for a few weeks I have such a change on the hand, once it is smaller, sometimes bigger. Please tell me what it could be?

The change for the photos is probably sweat eczema. It is a skin condition that is characterized by the occurrence of itchy blisters and papules filled with fluid, mainly on the hands and feet. It is a non-communicable but recurrent disease, and its causes are not fully understood, although it is often associated with contact allergies, atopic dermatitis or fungal infections.
I encourage you to consult a doctor to confirm the diagnosis and implement treatment. Topical therapies with glucocorticoids are most often used. Exfoliating and softening agents are also used.

For proper diagnosis of a skin lesion, a doctor's opinion should be sought. Through Gdziepolek there is a possibility to use teleconsultation: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja. Perhaps this is an allergic change. If itching and blisters occur, antiallergic drugs effective in the presence of skin lesions can be used as symptomatic treatment, e.g. Clatra Allergy containing bilastin https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/10833/clatra-allergy-tabletki/apteki, Aleric Deslo Activ with desloratadine https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/87708/aleric-deslo-active-tabletki-ulegajace-rozpadowi-w-jamie-ustnej/apteki. In the local relief of skin lesions, e.g. Bepanthen sensiderm cream https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/10265/bepanthen-sensiderm-krem/apteki, Calmapherol ointment https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/112634/calmapherol-s-c-masc-niesterydowa-masc/apteki will be used.
