When should I stick another Evra patch after the break?

Good morning, I have a question about evra patches. On July 25 I applied the first patch, on August 1 the second, and on August 8 the third and peeled off the last third patch on August 15, the bleeding occurred today ie up to three days after its removal. Do I understand correctly that now I should apply a new patch exactly on August 22, which is exactly a week after peeling off the third one?
