Can I use Himalaya's Serpina supplement with Diuresin SR and Tritace?

Good morning On a daily basis, he uses drugs for hypertension Diuresin SR and Tritace 2.5. Recently, despite the already regulated early pressure, I am again struggling with high results (134/99). I'm going through a lot of stress, which can affect the result. Can I add Serpina himalaya dietary supplement to my treatment? What side effects can this have? I will add that my doctor says that the drugs work well, and high blood pressure is a result of stress. Best regards

There are no contraindications to the combined use of the Serpina supplement from Himalaya and hypertension drugs Diuresin SR and Tritace. According to the description provided by the manufacturer, the Serpina dietary supplement from Himalaya is a non-toxic preparation, suitable for long-term use and does not interact with other medicinal preparations. So far, no side effects have been described after using the Serpina supplement.
