Can I continue to use Rozex if there is blushing, redness and a feeling of heat?

After the cream rozex I have blush and red face, I feel hot on my face. I use the cream for the second day. In the late afternoon I apply semi-fat cream with urea and before bedtime serum with vitamin C from pharmaceris. The specialist said that I had to rebuild the lipid coat because I had previously burned my face using acid peeling. Inflammation of the face has set in, there is a feeling of heat and baking. The skin on the nose is oily and the cheeks are dry. Can I continue to use rozex?

Rozex is an anti-infective medicine containing metronidazole, which is used to treat rosacea and inflammation of the skin. The symptoms you described may indicate signs of skin irritation (erythema, redness, feeling hot). If you feel discomfort and notice a deterioration of the skin condition after applying the cream, I recommend stopping the use of Rozex and consulting a dermatologist. The specialist will be able to assess the reaction of your skin, diagnose the problem and suggest appropriate treatment steps. As for the other products you use (semi-fat cream with urea and serum with vitamin C), it is also worth discussing them with a dermatologist to make sure that they do not cause further irritation or allergic reactions. If it is not possible to visit a stationary one, I encourage you to use teleadvice via, for example, the portal Gdziepolek.pl: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja
