Is it possible to combine Pentohexal and Zolmiles?

Hello. I have saved Pentohexal 1x1 by an ENT specialist for tension headache. I have migraine and can I take Triptan Zolmiles in case of an attack? I will add that I discontinued convulex according to the doctor's recommendation (taken almost a year) and the second question - could it also affect tension headaches? I didn't have them before. Such a combination can be used. These drugs have different mechanisms of action, so you can take Zolmiles temporarily with Pentohexal. Stopping Convulax may have caused a tension headache. Therefore, if you observe this type of phenomenon, it is worth informing your attending physician about it.
