Can I give my baby electrolytes together with formula?

Can I give electrolytes with mm (bebilon pepti syneo 2) with diarrhea of 10 msc child? Otherwise, they will drink only 1 sachet a day (200ml). I didn't ask the doctor.

Electrolytes should be administered separately from formula milk. With diarrhea, it is recommended to additionally hydrate the child, that is, consume an increased amount of fluids. Separate administration of the preparation also allows control over the amount of milk and electrolytes consumed.
