Is there an anticoagulant in tablets instead of Clexane?

Due to a broken ankle and wearing an orthotic, the doctor assigned me Clexane. However, there is a problem because I have a phobia of syringes and I am not able to give myself injections and I do not have anyone else who can give them to me. Is there any anticoagulant in another form, e.g. tebletka, that I could use?

Clexane contains low molecular weight heparin, which is called enoxaparin - this substance does not occur in oral form. Administration of low molecular weight heparin after fracture is a standard procedure, oral anticoagulants are much less frequent. However, if it is unacceptable to you to give the injection yourself and you have no one to give it to you, talk to your doctor about other treatment options. I enclose additional information about Clexane: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/18521/clexane-iniekcja/apteki Perhaps our studies will be helpful: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/przewodnik-po-lekach-przeciwzakrzepowych https://www.gdziepolek.pl/kategorie/leki-przeciwzakrzepowe
