Do@Ala929: The answer you quoted is from 2 years ago. Current research indicates that ketoprofen does not affect the effectiveness of the IUD.
Under another question, the editor wrote that ketoprofen may reduce the effectiveness of IUDs - https://www.gdziepolek.pl/opinie-i-pytania/45921/jakie-leki-przeciwbolowe-i-rozkurczowe-mozna-stosowac-podczas-noszenia-wkladki-domacicznej. I just don't know how long and why this is happening.

There are no contraindications to the use of the drugs listed in the question at the same time. These drugs do not interact with each other clinically that would preclude their combined use. The GdziePoLek.pl service also allows you to book these medicines in a selected stationary pharmacy and pick up after presenting a prescription: Kyleena: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/95362/kyleena-przyrzad/apteki?pvid=238361#internetowe Ketoprofen: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/substancje/ketoprofen
