What should I do if I feel feverish and weak after Zinnat?

Hello, I take the drug Zinnat prescribed for bladder infection (pain in the lower abdomen, ovaries, leukocytes in the urine). I only took two pills, but after a while I feel like I have a fever (warm body) and I am weak, but the temperature is normal. Additionally, I take a probiotic and vitamin D because I have a deficiency of it.
