Unless absolutely necessary, Acard should not be combined with medicines such as Bioxetin, Bisocard and Emanera. Combining Acard with Bioxetin increases the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding, which may manifest itself, m.in. as tarry stool, vomiting with an admixture of blood, abdominal pain, diarrhea. Acard may weaken the effect of Bisocard, then it may not be effective enough. Emanera can shield the operation of Acardu. If, despite everything, you decide to use Acard, you should observe the body's reaction, and in case of disturbing symptoms, consult a doctor. If you are not able to consult your doctor, you can use the teleconsultation here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja/z-kardiologiem I enclose a link to a page where you can find more information about Acard and order it with home delivery or collection at the pharmacy: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/1479/acard-75-mg-tabletki-powlekane/apteki
