Suspicion of depression and lack of appetite, energy, difficulty swallowing - which doctor to go to?

Flaccid muscles, emaciation, pelvic pain, lack of appetite, lack of energy, difficulty swallowing. Neurologists after the tests tell me to take psychotropic drugs, and I'm not sure if this is depression and why I have pain and lose so much weight that muscle atrophy. What to do, please advise me what medicine I should take. Thank you.

In the case described in the question, it is necessary to consult a specialist doctor who will guide the process of diagnosis and treatment. If a neurologist directs suspicions towards depressive disorders, it is worth seeking the advice of a psychiatrist. Recommendation to use any medication by a pharmacist is not possible in this case.
