Hello, yesterday I had my first time and I have a question because the boy could not enter to the end because it hurt me and smeared me with a moisturizing cream type cerave or something will happen like this cream would still be there in the middle or it will clean the vagina for example with mucus or period?

The remains of the cream will be spontaneously removed from the vagina along with the mucus. If you do not feel burning or other symptoms indicating irritation, there is no reason to worry.
