I took the first placebo vibin tablet today, can I take another one from a new blister right away so that menstruation does not occur?

In this case, there is a high probability that you will be able to skip withdrawal bleeding in this cycle. You did the right thing.

I took a placebo pill at 9 a.m. and at 9 p.m. another one from a new blister, so the break was 12 hours

Yes, you can shorten the withdrawal bleeding break and after the first placebo tablet go straight to the yellow ones from the new package. Then, however, there is no 100% certainty that withdrawal bleeding will not occur when using active tablets from the new package (i.e. when you would be taking placebo tablets). Bleeding or mid-cycle spotting may occur. Nevertheless, this is permissible and protection is preserved. The 7-day break can be shortened, but it should not be extended - then the protection will be maintained.
