Metypred is a prescription drug, so your doctor should decide on its use and dosage. The most effective treatment is usually antibiotics, it may be worth consulting a dermatologist and prolonging antibiotic therapy. If you do not have the opportunity to consult your doctor, you can use the teleadvice here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja/z-dermatologiem
