Can I stop taking Gabapentin and start taking Dutilox?

Hello, for 3 weeks I have been taking gabapentin teva 2x 300 mg without therapeutic effect. The pains are still there. Can I stop taking GB overnight and start taking Dutilox? Thank you for your reply

Gabapentin and Dutilox are prescription drugs. The doctor decides about the end of treatment with one preparation and the start of the second preparation. Abrupt discontinuation of gabapentin is not recommended, this process should consist in a gradual reduction of the dose. Achieving a therapeutic effect when using gabapentin can take from 2 to 6 weeks.
