The combined use of Dipperam and Biofenac is not recommended unless otherwise prescribed by your doctor. In this case, the use of preparations should be strictly observed, both in terms of doses and intervals between preparations. The combined use of Dipperam and Biofenac may lead to a decrease in renal function and an increase in potassium levels in the blood. If the doctor did not know about the medicines used, I encourage you to repeat the consultation. It is also possible to use the teleadvice offered, m.in. by the Gdziepolek.pl portal: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja We wrote more about whether it is possible to combine drugs with each other in the article: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/czy-mozna-laczyc-leki-ze-soba
