Will the side effects of excitalopram pass?

I started taking escilopram yesterday, the first week I have to take half a tablet, then the whole one. I have a dose of 10 mg. Unfortunately, along with taking the drug yesterday, diarrhea, nausea and abdominal pain appeared. Are these temporary side effects? How long can they last? I ask because, unfortunately, I have to go to work, and it is a nuisance.

Side effects of escitalopram most often occur at the beginning of treatment, in the first and second week, their severity and frequency decreases with the length of treatment. If the side effects do not decrease and are an impediment to normal functioning, you should report it to your doctor.
