Is Aglan a strong drug, compared to the strength of, for example, Nimesil or closer to Ibuprofen?

Is aglan 15 a strong drug, compared to the strength of, for example, nimesil, or is it closer to ibuprofen? I was prescribed Aglan 15 1x1 but I am considering taking half a tablet if it is a strong drug because I have not tolerated Nimseil in the past.

In terms of potency, Aglan (meloxicam) is close to Nimesil (nimesulide) and ibuprofen. All three drugs are on the first step of the analgesic ladder. They also belong to the group of NSAIDs (non-steroidal analgesics) and are used to relieve the symptoms of pain, inflammation and fever. However, it should be emphasized that the body's reaction to certain drugs is an individual feature and difficult to estimate for an outsider. If the doctor was informed that you had not tolerated Ms. Nimesil in the past, he probably took this into account. Any modifications in therapy, including dose changes, should be made after consultation with the attending physician acquainted in detail with your state of health: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/czy-jak-i-kiedy-mozna-odstawic-leki If you are unable to get to your doctor, the GdziePoLek.pl service also allows you to obtain a teleconsultation with a doctor: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja The GdziePoLek.pl service also allows you to book Aglan in a selected stationary pharmacy and Collection upon presentation of the prescription: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/2784/aglan-15-tabletki/apteki?pvid=121403#internetowe
