Does passing loose stool 2 and 4 hours after taking the contraceptive pill affect its effectiveness?

Hello. I take the second pack of combined pills continuously. In the second week of the second package (basically in the fifth) I passed a loose stool about 2 and 4 hours after taking the tablet. Is contraception preserved? All information on the leaflet says only one package.

Passing loose stool 2 and 4 hours after taking the tablet does not affect its effectiveness. The effectiveness could be weakened if diarrhoea (i.e. at least 3 stools with an excessively loose consistency) occurred within 3-4 hours from the time of using the contraceptive pill. In your case, the protection is preserved.
