The effect of Nexpram is usually seen between 2 and 4 weeks after starting treatment. It is possible that at the beginning of treatment with escitalopram the full therapeutic effect of the drug will not be felt, and its side effects will be intensified. If after 4 weeks from the start of treatment there is no noticeable improvement, it is worth reporting it to the doctor.
