Why do I feel so bad after paroxetine or Setaloft?

Good morning, why after a psychotropic drug such as paroxetine, setalof or other I feel so bad, I have the impression that I am about to go down and it is such a damn real feeling that I do not have the courage to get the second tablet and my neuralgia under the shoulder blades and insomnia are already unbearable

Any medication can - but does not have to - cause side effects. Not everyone will experience them, but there are sensitive individuals in whom side effects appear with greater intensity than in others. Unfortunately, it is impossible to predict in advance whether and who will experience a given side effect. Drugs such as paroxetine or sertraline act on neurotransmitters in the brain, hence the possibility of side effects of various types. Sometimes the side effects are more severe at the beginning of treatment and may disappear over time, but if in your case they are so significant that you are unable to tolerate them, it is best to contact your doctor. Choosing a different medication or modifying your dose may be helpful.
