This is not yet clear-cut. In most pharmacies, a new prescription is required - Pink Kush has a separate registration in the URPL and a separate card in the pharmacy system. However, we get information from patients that some pharmacies will fill prescriptions for LA Confidential by dispensing Pink Kush treating them as the same raw material with the same cannabinoid content. Therefore, I am not able to clearly determine what the situation will be in the pharmacy where you fill your prescriptions.
