Can I change the puck application time from 22:00 to 17:00?
I use NuvaRing contraception, I always put the puck in and out on Thursday at 21:00, this time I had to put it in 4 hours earlier at 17:00. Have I changed my application hours from now on and have to stick to 17:00 or can I continue and take it out at 21:00?

You can change the time of puck application. It is important to keep the day of changing the puck, then the protection will be preserved. With the next application, you can return until 22:00 - protection will be provided.
