Both Bratus and Trelegy Ellipta contain substances belonging to the same group - muscarinic receptor antagonists. Braltus - tiotropitum bromide, Trelegy Ellipta - umeclidinium bromide. Due to the same mechanisms of action of these substances, there is a risk of increasing the side effects of drugs. If it is necessary to use two substances from the same group, this should be done only on the doctor's recommendation. I enclose a link through which you can check the availability of Braltus and Trelegy Ellipta drugs and information about the possibility of using teleconsultation: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/94455/braltus-kapsulki/apteki https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/115458/trelegy-ellipta-proszek-do-inhalacji/apteki https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja I encourage you to read the materials that may be interesting: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/czy-mozna-laczyc-leki-ze-soba https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/przewlekla-obturacyjna-choroba-pluc-pochp

User questions and answers that provide feedback about products are not verified for the purchase or use of the product. Companies often order anonymous comments to form positive opinions about their products, or negative ones about competitors. Therefore, be guided by the information in the pharmacists' responses in the first place.
