Is it normal for me to have stomach pain and bleeding with the first pack of Elin?

Hello. I started taking Elin pills because of the regulation of the menstrual cycle. At the 16th tablet, slight lower abdominal pain and spotting began. This lasted until the end of taking the first package. The spotting turned directly into bleeding with the penultimate tablet. Bleeding continues already on the 5th day. I'm starting to worry when the bleeding stops, because in combination with spotting, it's been going on for 10 days.
