I took proursan-1 for the night, now after the result of gastroscopy (chronic gastritis, after excision of the bag) the doctor ordered to take 2 tablets per night proursan, in the morning 1 × 1 mesopral and before eating 3×1 prockit. Since I changed the dosage I have diarrhea and morning nausea, should I stop taking any of the medications or reduce the dose? The visit to the gastroenterologist was private, so I do not have the opportunity to visit again.

Since these are prescription drugs, the doctor must decide whether to change the dosage regimen. If you are unable to consult a gastroenterologist, you can consult your family doctor or, for example, a teleconsultation here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja Diarrhoea may be caused by increasing the dose of Proursan. According to the manufacturer of the drug: "If diarrhoea occurs, the dose should be reduced, and in the case of persistent diarrhoea, treatment should be discontinued." Nevertheless, since these are prescription drugs, the final decision should be made by the doctor. I enclose links to helpful posts where we explain how and why you should report side effects of medicines: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-i-dlaczego-zglaszac-dzialania-niepozadane https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/czy-jak-i-kiedy-mozna-odstawic-leki
