Can I change the time of contraception after a break for bleeding? Does Metformin weaken the effectiveness of contraception?

Good morning, after a withdrawal break I change the contraceptive pill from Jeanine to Belara. So far I have taken pills at 15 o'clock, will starting taking pills at 12 o'clock after a withdrawal break negatively affect the effectiveness of contraception? I still have a question about metformax - I start taking Metformax 500 (1 tablet a day) during the break from discontinuation, can it negatively affect the effectiveness of contraception? Should I take probiotics while taking metformax?

After a break from withdrawal, you can change the time of use of the drug from 15 to 12 - this will not reduce the effectiveness of the preparation. Metformin has no negative effect on the effectiveness of hormonal contraception. It is not necessary to use probiotics during treatment with metformin. However, supplementation with vitamin B12, contained e.g. in the diaB12 preparation, is important: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/23254/diab12-kapsulki/apteki I encourage you to familiarize yourself with useful materials: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-prawidlowo-stosowac-antykoncepcje https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jakie-leki-oslabiaja-skutecznosc-antykoncepcji
