Can Flucofast be used with Trittico and Escitalopram?

Good morning, For two weeks I started taking Trittico for neurosis, previously Escitalopram. I also have tinea versicolor and the specialist did not prescribe me any oral medications, stating that I should not take them while taking the above drug. Please answer whether I can finally take these antidepressants together with antifungals or not?
