Does Hydrocortisonum Aflofarm affect the effectiveness of Belara contraceptive pills?

Can I use Hydrocortisonum Aflofarm twice a day because I got allergic if I take Belara contraceptive pills? I feel a huge itching in my neck and I can't stand it. Whether the tablets will work, will their effect be reduced by this medicine, or there will be any reactions between these drugs. Somewhere on a website I read that there is an interaction between these drugs. And on another site, that you can use this ointment for lubrication for contraception, how is it in the end?
