Can DIH cause nausea?

I take dih max comfort pills and I have complaints after them, that is, nausea and malaise, can I stop them, whether it is actually from these pills or not, I am very afraid that it is pregnancy.

Gastrointestinal intolerance may occur while using DIH. If the side effects cause malaise and prevent normal functioning, the drug can be discontinued. There are other preparations available on the market used in indications similar to DIH, which have a different composition. Perhaps they will be better tolerated by you.
