Could my complaints be related to stopping birth control pills?

Hello, in August 2022 I stopped taking the narraya plus contraceptive pill due to the plan to enlarge my family. Since the withdrawal there have been symptoms such as hair loss, amenorrhea (in October 2022; February and April 2023), besides, since November 2022 I have recurrent angina. Can my ailments be related to the discontinuation of these pills?

Sometimes up to several months after stopping birth control pills, cycles may not be regular. In your case, it has been over a year, so the absence of menstruation - if there was no connection with fertilization - should be diagnosed by a gynecologist: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-i-dlaczego-zglaszac-dzialania-niepozadane Sometimes the hormones in birth control pills, especially if they have an antiandrogenic effect - such as drospirenone in Naraya Plus tablets - can positively affect hair and skin. After their discontinuation, hair may fall out, but not as an adverse reaction, but simply in connection with the cessation of the effect caused by the tablets. I do not see a direct relationship between recurrent angina and discontinuation of birth control pills. However, a relationship between immunity and hormonal balance cannot be ruled out, which seems to be to some extent unregulated in you (menstrual breaks). Therefore, it is worth approaching the described ailments comprehensively - as I have already mentioned, it is best to contact a gynecologist.
