A blood pregnancy test taken 14 days after intercourse should already indicate pregnancy should it happen. However, if you have been menstruating regularly so far, delaying menstruation by 7-14 days should prompt you to visit a gynecologist. The gynecologist can not only perform an ultrasound examination, but also suggest further diagnostics, including possibly repeating the test.
