Will I be protected if I take my first Syndi-35 tablet about 19 hours after the onset of menstrual bleeding?
Good morning. Syndi 35 contraceptive pills should be taken on the 1st day of the cycle. The bleeding occurred very late in the evening. I want to adjust the hours of taking the pills right away. Will taking a tablet after about 19 hours after the onset of bleeding tablets work from the beginning?

Yes, you can take your first tablet 19 hours after you notice your bleeding. You can treat the first day of bleeding as the first 24 hours since you observed your period. You will then be protected from the first tablet.
