Good morning, After breast cancer sparing surgery, I have been prescribed the drug Etruzil 2.5 mg. I take it for 15 months, but its side effects are very tiring for me. My ankle legs are so swollen and my feet all the way to my toes. I can't even leave the house because of a lack of shoes. I had a Doppler test, but the patency of the veins is as it should be. The vascular surgeon suggested changing the drug. I asked for a change of medication to the oncologist, but the doctor refused, claiming that I had the best drug.

Have you had lymph nodes removed from this leg? If so, it could be lymphedema – lymphatic stasis. You need to see a lymphologist.
