How long is Polprazol PPH used?

I have a question. The otolaryngologist has been prescribing me half a year of polprazole and increased the dose to 1x 40 mg. Again, he prescribed me 4 packs of 28 tablets. I have my throat treated. I'm afraid I'm taking this drug for too long, that is, side effectsvh. Please tell me what to do.
