Yes, you can. These drugs do not interact with each other clinically that would preclude their combined use. It is better to spread the use of preparations over time, so as not to overload the liver with simultaneous metabolism of drugs. Phlebodia can be used on an empty stomach and Nilogrin during a meal. I also encourage you to inform your doctor about all medicines and dietary supplements used, which will allow you to choose a safe and effective pharmacotherapy. I enclose a link to the page where you can check the availability of the drug in pharmacies in Poland and make a reservation of the drug in the selected pharmacy: Nilogrin: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/53350/nilogrin-tabletki-powlekane/apteki?pvid=16324#stacjonarne Phlebodia: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/61302/phlebodia-tabletki-powlekane/apteki I enclose materials that may be interesting and information about the possibility of using teleconsultation: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/czy-przyjmowanie-kilku-lekow-jednoczesnie-jest-bezpieczne https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/czy-mozna-laczyc-leki-ze-soba
