I have a question, my son got an antibiotic Zinnat and levoprad in the emergency room. The doctor after examination and interview (son 3 weeks earlier had flu type B) said that he was implementing an antibiotic and there were already murmurs on the lungs. My son coughs very strongly despite taking Levoprad and I'm not entirely sure if it's still a dry cough, moreover, it seems to me that expectorant drugs are given for pneumonia, not inhibitory drugs. Is it worth going to another doctor

If you have doubts about the child's condition, this condition has changed or the symptom has not disappeared despite the implementation of treatment (you wrote that your son still coughs heavily) - in my opinion it is worth contacting another doctor. However, I can not review the fact that my son got Levopront syrup (I suppose so, because I do not find a preparation called Levoprad). As you wrote, the child was examined, and the doctor collected an anamnesis and prescribed drugs appropriate in his assessment to the patient's condition.
