To @Olka: thank you for the suggestion - the abbreviation was not developed, but it is actually possible that it was seborrheic dermatitis. As I have already written, the previously registered indications for the drug Izotek is acne therapy. In addition to these indications, so-called off-label therapy, oral isotretinoin – generally at low doses – is sometimes used to treat moderate to severe seborrhea and seborrheic dermatitis. The action of this drug in this indication is to reduce the size of the sebaceous glands, inhibit the production of sebum and inhibit the differentiation of sebaceous cells. You can read more about off-label therapy here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/leczenie-off-label-poza-wskazaniami
It was probably seborrheic dermatitis, not arthritis.

The registered indication for the drug Izotek - the active ingredient of which is isotretinoin - is the treatment of severe forms of acne. Retinoids, e.g. tazarotene, a group of drugs to which isotretinoin also belongs - are used in psoriasis of the skin. However, I have not found information that they are used in psoriatic arthritis. It is worth mentioning that one of the possible side effects of Izotek, which may occur in more than 1 in 10 patients, is joint pain, but this is more likely in adolescents.
