What happens if after lying down I have strange jerks in the area of the heart?

In the evening I take 2mg Apodoxan and 5mg Ramipril. After lying down, there are very strange and unpleasant jerks in the heart area in various places, strange contractions, abnormal conditions, jerks and goes under the throat. What is going on? I have to get up, take a walk, but lately it's been getting worse. Please help.
