Is Acnatac gel available? If I do not buy Acnatac gel, should I use Tetralysal alone?

I was prescribed Acnatac to use together with Tetralysal. Unfortunately, the gel is still not available. Can I use Tetralysal alone?

Acnatac gel is available in approx. 10% of pharmacies integrated with the Gdziepolek.pl portal.
