Is it possible that my hormonal balance is still raging after pregnancy?

Good morning, Seven months ago I gave birth to a baby, I have not yet got my period, I am breastfeeding on demand. For a few weeks I have been suffering from symptoms, just like pregnancy - I feel sick, I am sensitive to smells, I have painful breasts, huge mood swings, strange food cravings. I have already done the test twice, about 2 - 3 weeks apart, both came out negative. Is it possible that my hormonal balance is still raging after pregnancy? What else could it be? Thank you for your advice

A pregnancy test taken at least 14 days after intercourse that could have led to pregnancy should show it if it actually happened. Breastfeeding can delay the return of the physiological cycle after the birth of a child, and this is a natural phenomenon. However, you can meet with the opinion that if menstruation does not appear after 8 months after delivery, it is worth contacting a doctor. A visit to a gynecologist will also allow you to get a hint as to what may be the cause of the ailment. I enclose additional information that may be helpful: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/test-ciazowy-jaki-wybrac-i-kiedy-zrobic
