Yes, please use the vaginal disc in the same way.
Thank you for your reply. And with the simultaneous use of these two drugs (where the treatment with orundal I have planned for 2x2 tablets a day for a week and after that 3 weeks break and repeat this scheme a total of 3 times), should I use the discs exactly the same as before starting the treatment with Orungal?

Orungal does not reduce the effectiveness of the Polaring disc. The active substance in Orungal is itraconazole, a potent inhibitor of CYP 3A4, which may increase serum levels of etonogestrel (one of the active substances in polaring). Increasing the concentration may increase the likelihood of side effects.
