Yes, the pressure may increase while taking Dutilox. Clinically significant changes in pressure occurred with duloxetine (the active substance in Dutilox). Increase in pressure should be reported to the doctor. Until the consultation, it is worth conducting regular blood pressure measurements, e.g. 2-3 times a day at fixed times and in moments of malaise.
