Because Olfen Uno may increase the risk of blockages (e.g. heart attack or stroke), it is usually not recommended to take this medicine after a heart attack. The drug can be taken after consulting a doctor, if necessary. Contraindications to taking the drug are, m.in. heart failure, ischemic heart disease, peripheral vascular disease and cerebrovascular disease.
