I do not fully understand the question, especially in terms of what you mean by "1 day of the cycle". When using hormonal contraception, there is no longer a physiological cycle - there are only days with the disc and days off. The vaginal therapeutic system is used for 3 weeks in a row, then it is removed for a week and during this time - usually 2-3 days after the removal of the ring - bleeding begins. The new system should be put in place exactly after a week off (the same day of the week as usual and at about the same time), even if the bleeding is still ongoing.
