There are no absolute contraindications to combining these drugs, however, the manufacturer recommends caution. This combination increases the risk of symptoms such as drowsiness, impaired concentration, etc. According to the manufacturer: 'Central nervous system (CNS) medicinal products: Except in the cases described in this section, no systematic risk assessment of duloxetine in combination with other CNS medicinal products has been carried out. Therefore, caution is advised when Dulsevia is used concomitantly with other medicinal products or central nervous system substances, including alcohol and sedatives (e.g. benzodiazepines, opioid analgesics, antipsychotics, phenobarbital, sedative antihistamines)."
