Essential fatty acids (NNKT) - omega-3 and omega-6 acids support the work of the heart, prevent cardiovascular diseases and condition normal brain development. Since the body is not able to produce these compounds on its own, they are an indispensable component of a properly balanced diet. Omega-9 fatty acids are synthesized in the body in a small amount, which is why they should also be supplied along with a diet. Should we supplement with omega-3, omega-6 and omega-9?
